The fact, when I booked, I thought the breakfast was included. As the price of the room was very expensive for 1night at 300.Then to pay for breakfast on top.

Good hotel but desperately in need of repairs and needs to be updated.

We visited this Doubletree hotel many times and is convenient to family for thanksgiving.

The hotel is getting old and in need of repair. The lobby was updated but the rooms are outdated and old. Old carpet, paint peeling, bathroom door not closing completely and many more issues in the rooms. I will return once the hotel is updated. They told me they are updating hotel next year.

Better hotels around...

The front desk staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly.

I didn't like being woken up at 8am on a Saturday morning by a member of the housekeeping staff asking me what time I was leaving. I asked her what time check-out was and after she told me, I asked her why she was waking myself and my traveling companion up 2 hours prior to check out time. She had no response. I informed the front desk and they were very pleasant.

The room was well set up except the bathroom

The bathroom was far too tight. The bars of the sink were broken because of that and the door hit you every time you sat on the toilet you couldnt close the door unless you squeezed all the way in the corner of the bathroom yet there was room in the room for the bathrooms have been a foot or more bigger. The Hotel overcharged me by $31 over the fee in my email confirmation and they have yet to fix it.
