Very good

Great experience but pricing needs transparency

The location was excellent. Staff was courteous and very well organised.

The price was not transparent. The indicated price on booking.com was without taxes so we ended up paying taxes on everything. Also the packages of taxi services provided by the hotel were way above the market rate. I would have appreciated some transparency on the pricing from the beginning.

Exceptional

Rachel made all the difference on our trip. She is excellent at her job and really made us feel welcome and like nothing was any trouble. The staff generally were good as was the service. We also had a massage which was really good.

overall, property is fine for a business or short stay!

I thought the Breakfast was reasonably well organized. The staff at the hotel were pretty good.

An airport pick up was confirmed to me upon my request, however, we were stuck at the airport with no update from the hotel on the status of the same. upon querying we were told the car will not make it to us as it had a breakdown someplace enroute. I found this unprofessional and disappointing. not expected from such a Brand!

Pleasant stay with amazing views. Room for improvement for making the rooms a bit more modern

The breakfast buffet was very good. The infinity pool is great with amazing views. The location is great , away from the crowd, is peaceful with lot of greenery. Games room and gym is pretty good too. Staff helpful.

The rooms are not that modern and a bit old. The balcony doors were not working initially. The safe locker was not working. The room allocated should have been verified for all the facilities before allocation. There was a bit of sewerage smell in the room and corridor for the first 2 days. The TV . fan and AC were not working initially in my parents room. But the staff were helpful in fixing all the issues.
