    the beds were comfortable and loved the showers
    The pool was broken which is one if main reasons we booked and was under the impression breakfast was included ( the other reason we booked ) and went to get vouchers and was told they were bot included in my rate which I was charged 50-70 dollars more than every other person I traveled with and I am a Hilton Honors member the breakfast I received I had to pay another 44$ for and one of our meals the waffle was hard as a rock. I never really complain but this was a little much. I was very dissatisfied. Others we came with experienced dirty sheets.

    Poor Managment service by Manager/Tracey.
    Did not have breakfast there
    Staff/Tracey not billing the correct credit cards therefore causing an overdraft on my credit card accounts. I requested hotel invoice from staff/Tracey and still have not received it. Secondly, I had booking.com request hotel invoice as well.
