There were several things!
1. Not transparent about pricing. Online I was quoted one price then got to the hotel and was charged another.
2. Wasn't informed about breakfast by the front desk at check-in.
3. Pool closed at 10 pm. I understand the reasoning but I feel that is a little early.
4. I was in a suite on floor 907. I was appreciative of the free upgrade or the free upgrade I thought I had gotten.
I was quoted roughly $700 for Wednesday-Saturday. When I got my receipt I was charged $1552 roughly. Then I called to see what was going on and the gentleman on the phone didn't help as much as I thought he should have. There is more to the story but if you are more interested in it give me a call at 901-304-88012 my name is Kerry Taylor. I want to add that I was there for the Tennessee Tow Show and I believe most people stayed at the Marriot but I wanted to stay with you guys which I ultimately regretted no disrespect.
5. So moving right along, we allegedly had the nicest room on the 9th floor, and our toilet wouldn't stop running and the A/C was so loud it was crazy! We could hear the ice machine everything, we could hear the elevator everytime it was used! Literally, got zero sleep. When I called the front desk they told me there was nothing they could do and that it would be the next morning before they could get there. Well let's say it never got fixed and I never heard another word about it. Let's say it was a good trip at all!
6. From what I can remember there is no information indicating you have to pay for parking.
7. Don't miss understand my complaint here, you have some nice employees but when you want a nice room you expect everything else to be in order also.
8. The cleaning ladies had there phone music blowing in the morning walking by our room.
I appreciate your time!
