    The TV didnt have any streaming platforms even if we wanted to use our own ids. The remote wasnt working much . It was a cold day outside but a hot room even after adjusting the thermostats to 60s. This was not just us , all 2 families we were with had the same complaint and none could sleep through the night since all our kids woke up

    I like the complimentary cookies, and mini fridge but could use a microwave and more drink options. We liked the hottub but wish they kept the sauna heated for use I tried 2x and it wasnt warm
    Needed a microwave and there was no conditioner stocked In our shower

    Unfortunately we had 3 rooms booked and 1 of them had a dog above which yapped all night and had children running around. I think the rooms need to have better insulation.

    Nice location. Large comfortable room. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast at their cafe was very good; a nice change from the standard continental breakfast fare.
    The location of the room was odd... the view out the window was a wall and we must have been close to a mechanical room of some sort as there was a relatively loud hum throughout the night. Not necessarily a big deal as we only stayed one night and obviously this wouldn't be the case all their rooms.
