Very good

Ok it was picked due to having parking facilities, had I not had a car I doubt Id stay there again.

Convenient for my trip

Took a long time to check in, and found it complex to find the lift to my room. When at room and using the towels found they were still dirty and hadnt been changed with make up smudged on 2 of them.

Amazing place to stay

From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by Jonas, who was so helpful and very friendly. It was my daughters sixteenth, so he offered complimentary breakfast with our stay, which was a nice surprise and so lovely. Our room had an amazing view. Breakfast was delicious. All round, an amazing place to stay

To be honest, there wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Comfy beds.

We arrived very late at night to find that our toilet hadnt properly been cleaned. (Not a nice surprise when lifting the toilet seat). When I mentioned it to reception in the morning they didnt seem to bothered, which left me quite disappointed.

The breakfast was lovely, one Cookie per person on arrival.

The room had a damp smell. I felt that the room was could have an upgrade. The room was very basic for the price of 425 a night for a family of 4. No biscuits in the room. No details on how to get room service

Very decent hotel, in a great location and area.

I simply love Rotherhithe and the location. A bit far from the tube, but there are many different ways to get about, and the river and dockland vibes more than make up for it.

A bit too expensive. Ceilings are exceptionally low making for quite a cramped feeling in the rooms and corridors.

Disappointing and let down.

Breakfast was the best part of my stay. The staff at the restaurant and the actual breakfast was very good.

I paid and booked my stay with breakfast, when I checked in they said breakfast was not included and I had to dig out my email receipt to prove that. The room they give me was not what I was promised. The carpet was ripped, the bathroom was too small for a family room. I was moved to another room the following day. The sink was blocked the heating didnt work and then the toilet was blocked. Nothing was fixed.
