Excellent breakfast; good staff; it is possibly the quietest room of any-----no con stand running of AC or heating......someone did a good job of designing the rooms so nice and quiet.

The rooms are getting older and could use some refurbishing......

A conveniently located but dated hotel with a cockroach as a roommate

Good location not far from the city centre Good range of restaurants in the surrounding area Staff were friendly staff and very helpful Ample parking Decent options at breakfast

Had a live cockroach in my room, had to move rooms at a 11PM Dated hotel, rooms were old and a little dirty Facilities were lacking, dated and again a little dirty. Half the ice machines were out of commission Expensive for what you get Hotel seemed very understaffed

I would not stay at this hotel again unless you update and clean

Friendly staff

Dirty a/c vents, old nasty carpet. Staff reset fire alarm panel without checking the reason. They said it was from smell of smoke from another building

Love the reception. Manoj was very helpful and made it very pleasant.

Furniture was old and not up to standard. Toilet and bed was good. Breakfast was very much below standard. However, I cant remember how much was paid thus if it was free I cant complain. Usually a good breakfast with Scrambled egg, sausages, baked beans, boiled veggies would have been reasonable.

Breakfast, furniture. Lack of plug points to plug laptop, phone. iPad at the same time.
