    Breakfast is nice
    Stains on the carpets, molds on the walls and ceilings, smells and feels damp and unhygienic, pool closed, roof-top restaurant closed, Not a nice place anymore, was much better in the past.

    It was clean and staff was good
    No windows no balconyno open space to have fresh air ... if a person is suffering from asthma and needs fresh air to breath has to go out of the hotel also room service is not available for breakfast and dinner what if someone is not keeping well .. anyways will never book this hotel again

    The club lounge had very good foods and beverages and service was excellent
    The frosted glass of toilet. Instead there can be clear glass with an option of electrically operated curtain. The frosted glass caused some inconvenience.

    The hotel charged my card with charges I did not incur,and I have no receipt of I have phoned and emailed them and called and no response . you can imagine all the stress this is causing and time it is causing me . extremely disappointed with the service and no response and the money has not been refunded to myself - this is fraud
