    Great stay!
    Excellent staff, loved the room, nicely appointed, clean. They gave us a later check out so we could shower after hiking, very nice.
    Liked it all. Would stay here again.

    This is my go-to place in NYC! The location is perfect, the staff is always so nice & helpful, the rooms are clean & beautiful, & the lounge area with breakfast & snacks all day is perfect!

    Good option for a 3 night stay
    Very upscale facilities, pretty close to many restaurants and the free street car system.
    Inefficient staff. Somehow billed our room for room service and wouldn't budge until we gave evidence of the room next door getting service. It did not get settled until we were home from our flight. Pool area has misleading description... very tiny roof top type set up.
