We are so disappointed with the quality of the hotel and service as a Hilton chain.
Staff was not welcoming. One elevator was working out of three through out our stay, we had to wait long every time we were using it. Hotel looks nice only in the lobby area, but dont be deceived. It felt like a one star hotel in our room. When we first came the toilet water was running for 2 nights. We called to speak with a manager they put us on hold for 30 minutes and they told us he wasnt in the hotel. The mattresses were old and not comfortable at all, they need to be replaced. We were all stuffed up due to dirty ( dust) vent system. There were no trash bags in trash cans . There was only one already used toilet paper in the bath room . There was no tissue box. The microwave was bent from the side dont even know if was safe to use . Coffee table was broken, it wouldnt support if we put anything on it. No electric socket for the coffee machine we had to move the whole cart next to the entrance to make coffee. We were out all day next day and cleaning staff didnt come clean the room, we had to complain to front desk and we had to step out again after 4:00 pm for them to clean our room. They didnt refill the bathroom nor put trash bags again. I paid for supposedly 4 stars quality hotel and it felt like a motel quality. We spoke to the manager finally before leaving and promised us full refund but it didnt happen and we got charged fully.
