Free shuttle to Universal park.
Food horrible. Ok for 1 day, but for more days it is unhealthy! Every day hot dog and burgers!??
Answers regarding the freezer were wrong at all. The front desk insisted that they do not use booking interface at all. The manager did not reply till today for emails (3 weeks). We were left alone with the freezer not suitable for the medicine demands.
One day we observed that someone entered the room, even that there was a sign "room occupied, do not enter". After a long check by the staff, they said that the manager entered the room to give thick blanked based on my request (and we did not!). The staff had no proof for my request. It seems us not legal to enter a room with a sign, for a non existent request. Our things were every were and we are nit sure if something is missing....
After all these problems, we will not return to this hotel again.

Great place, great food, great people!
Very well kept up and clean. The food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly.
The only thing about my stay that wasnt great was that no one told us about the 3 free alcoholic beverages per day and the complimentary dinner. We knew about the complimentary breakfast but we spent a lot of money on the bar food for dinner not knowing we couldve gotten it for free between certain hours. Another couple told us about the free dinner and drinks the day before we checked out which was a bummer. Other than that, a great place to stay!

Nice family hotel
Rooms were pretty large , enough space for 3 with 3 big suitcases. Microwave, coffee machine and mini fridge in the room.
Beds were comfy- I would say medium mattress, bathroom good, hot water was not hot, it was warm and probably hot enough for most but I would liked to have it a few degrees hotter.
Breakfast and 5 PM buffet was OK. It filled a hole but especially breakfast was very monotonous. If you can get a hotel slightly cheaper without breakfast, probably better to eat somewhere outside hotel. If you are a drinker I am sure you like the 3 included alcoholic beverages at 5 PM. It is a really nice idea and if you have younger kids again the 5PM is a cheap way to get some food into them.
Location was really good but you need to have a car in Orlando, no matter where you stay.
It was nice to see the General manager every morning cleaning breakfast tables.. it didn't go unnoticed :)

The windows were that dirty you couldn't look out of them.
I had one request to the receptionist when checking in ( to be charged on a different card than the one I gave for deposit) and this was not done. Also found this person quite rude when we arrived ( midnight)

The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the carpet when entering the room, then you get used to the smell, they can improve it.
