    The Duke of York is a lovely, friendly pub with great food at a good price and a chilled-out atmosphere. Guests praised the cosy and spotless rooms with amazing views of the bay. The pub has been ref (Read More)urbished and offers classic seaside pub meals, quick service, and Yorkshire beer. The staff are welcoming and the breakfast is plentiful. The rooms are comfortable with sparkling bathrooms and fantastic harbour views, although parking can be an issue. Overall, visitors highly recommend this dog-friendly establishment.

    The room was lovely - the view was exceptional
    We wanted to stay in the hotel - we didn't expect to have to go outside in the rain - down a ramp and down some steps and in to another building - very disapointing

    Very nice pub with a busy bar and good atmosphere. Situated down a cobbled street. Lovely clean comfortable room good bed and bedding nice view.
    Shower not very powerful.

    Excellent location
    Location was excellent and the rooms very clean and comfortable
    People stood in the doorway smoking which you had to walk through to get inside. Cleaning staff started early and werent particularly quiet when cleaning the bar plus there was some sort of staff facility next to our room and again they werent being very quiet while we were sleeping next door

    Rejuvenating. View was breathtaking, room was spacious and staff were extremely helpful.
    The location and view was spectacular and loved the room was so spacious. Staff were very friendly and Tegan was lovely. Helpful and went above and beyond.
    There was no lobby to be able to just sit and relax. The bar and restaurant were all in one. Would have loved a place to relax indoors watching the harbour and sea. I highly recommend you build something. Would be phenomenal!
