    The property and the furniture is amazing but it feels a bit unkept. While very clean, I think ownership is neglecting it a bit compared to other beautiful houses in pondy

    Nice hotel,great history and well restored.Staff friendly and help ful,great location.
    Our room was by the front door and in the evenings alot of talk,quite loud, took place there between staff,if you are going there don't get this room by front door and reception.

    WONDERFUL
    I give 10 points because its just a great place, an heritage villa in the middle of French quarter and 200m from the sea. Dont understand the complaints of other guests: If I choose a house like this, for such a money, I cant and dont wanna expect a 5star Hilton Charming and most important: a very kind manager, who is always around and take care (he drove me on his bike to a tailor!!!)
    We accept all the little things which are not perfect The only what I wanna mention is the breakfast which could be improved!

    Warm, spacious rooms and extremely well located! Close to the promenade and all the nice restaurant!
    We loved the Hotel! Its quaint and charming! And the staff are lovely, and friendly!

    It was disappointing and not worth the money at all.
    The staff was friendly and cooperative.
    It is very badly maintained. The property needs a maintenance upgrade. You cannot pass off cheap as heritage and antique. Very disappointed.

    Focus for management in world class property
    Great value for heritage . This property is world class . I always remember .
    (1) i hurt for management . I have a 61 year old . He allotted a not a room , but loft . I shocked bathroom is 5 steps up . (2) 13 November dinner in restaurant . Bill is not proper . 18% GST add but bill is without register GST no . This very bad .
