Disappointing Stay: Unwelcoming Service Diminishes Venice's Charm
The central location
During our recent stay in Venice, my wife and I were unfortunately met with a less-than-welcoming atmosphere at our chosen hotel. Despite Venice's renowned charm and beauty, our experience was significantly marred by the demeanor of some of the hotel staff. We encountered instances of rudeness and a general lack of hospitality, which inevitably cast a shadow over our visit to this otherwise enchanting city. This disappointing experience undeniably detracted from the unique and charming essence that Venice is famous for.

A gorgeous boutique hotel . only a 7 minute walk to Rialto bridge. Staff were very friendly . always very helpful. We got a water taxi from piazelle Roma when we arrived which was a lovely way to arrive at the hotel.

I liked everything very much. The hotel is very atmospheric, located in the very center, it is easy to get to and from this location it is convenient to explore the entire city, and not just the main attractions. The staff is very polite and helped resolve all issues. The room is clean, warm, cleaning every day. I definitely recommend this hotel.
