not likely to pick this area again.

the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very recent/updated. you do have a balcony and big open door to that area. bed was OK, they seem to go a bit firmer in Europe than i care for, but thats my personal preference.

ok, the location is NOT in the best area, anyone saying otherwise is fibbing outright. you have an abandoned building right across the street, the area itself is not one i would feel great about walking late at night. the elevator is so tiny, if you have more than just carry on bags, you will make two trips.. not kidding, me and my g/f could barely squeeze into the elevator and get the doors to shut, and we only had 1 backpack and 1 carry on each. thats it.

Nice hotel in Lisbon. Very close to metro station in a safe neighborhood. Just 20-30 minutes walk to Rossio.Friendly staff, clean room.

The staff was friendly and they allowed us to check in a bit earlier There's plenty of parking places around the hotel and it's 30 min walking distance to the city center

We booked a double room and it was suuuper tiny. We expected a small room, but it was sometimes difficult to part ways in the room. Bathroom is also teeny tiny

Despite the older facilities, the extra touches and kind staff make up for it

We spent 2.5 weeks touring Spain and Portugal and this hotel was the only place we stayed that included the little things such as a hotel toiletry kit and towel warmer. The lady who checked us in was super kind and helpful.

The building was a little dated and could use some renovations (the carpet is a little dingey (but clean):

Very good

Room was cozy and quite. Bed was confortable, the bathroom was clean and with a quite large shower. Position is ok, the hotel is within a short walk to the city center, it's also close to a metro station and there are few bus stops nearby. Staff is always available and very helpful.

Although breakfast was satisfying, the small dining room led to a bit of chaos during the peak hours.

Wonderful staff. Extremely clean. Safe area.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was s good size and very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the downtown and very safe. Bus at the door, metro down the street.
