    Lovely property in a quiet area. The hosts Brian and Fiona cant do enough for you. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Worth every penny.

    All the comfort you could dream of, in the most beautiful Scottish home with the best hosts!
    Staying at Dupplin was like a dream come true: a perfect, typical Scottish house, with the warmest hosts, up to the smallest detail taken care of, a welcome tea, and the most delicious breakfast including salmon! We could not have asked for more comfort!!!!

    The breakfast and the location, 10 minutes on a bus gets you 2 the City Centre, the hosts were very attentive and there was ample Tea's & Coffee

    Dupplin152 Bed and Breakfast is a gem.
    Our hosts were so accommodating from the time we arrived until we left. Bryan and Fionas home is located on a very quiet street. Their home was lovely and our rooms were very comfy. They only have 2 rooms which worked great for our friends and us. The breakfast Fiona prepared had a wide selection to choose from and was delicious, and Bryan served it to us.

    lovely stay if you are ever in Dundee
    the hosts were really friends and welcoming, i had a long drive but they really looked after me when i arrived. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. parking is roadside but free, there was space when i arrived so just something to be aware of.
    nothing everything was great.

    I would stay here again!
    We liked everything about this place. We had a large room with a king bed, and shower was great. Fiona and Bryan were wonderful host and the breakfast was awesome.The location was very good too.
    Nothing, but the car parking is on the street in front.

    Our hosts Bryan and Fiona were the best! The made us feel so welcome. We could have stayed with them longer. The beds were amazingly comfortable and breakfast was made to order.
    Only draw back - have to cab to town for restaurants but that was easy and not too painful. The warm that we felt in the house made that so minor
