We loved the hotel, has large rooms with rain shower, beautiful grounds and its own beach The beach was always mostly empty with amazing sunsets. The whole area is on the quiet side. We had a great stay!

We stayed for 14 nights and really enjoyed a relaxing stay
All the staff were extremely pleasant the club breakfast was first class and the golf buggy transport was excellent to assist getting round the property there was also plenty of sun loungers available and the pool cleanliness was first class
There was no bar near reception where a drink after dinner was possible a cocktail bar would be desirable

We stayed for my birthday in October, the hotel is very good. Breakfast is buffet style with lots of choice. The restaurants on site are very good too. Food quality over all is excellent.
We loved our stay, special thanks goes out to Roh Chadaporn for arranging the beach front birthday meal, and also to Skye for waiting on us, nothing was a problem for her. We look forward to coming back.
That one of the pools was out of action for refurbishment, this did not have an impact on our stay whatsoever, we will be back to experience it.

The hotel has wonderful landscaping and is on a beautiful beach. The pools are stunning. The staff were friendly and attentive. Management were quick to respond to feedback.
Unfortunately I didnt like the location of our room, management did acknowledge my dissatisfaction but because the hotel was at capacity could not move us, which was understandable. I think staff should be quick to stop people reserving sunbeds - it was mainly Brits and Germans doing this and shouldnt be allowed to happen.

Our family of four had a wonderful, relaxing time at this resort. Would return for sure.
We loved the location of this beautiful resort. Beach is lovely for viewing, swimming and walking. Water is so warm and clear. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and all of it's variety.
The service by the beach (on the lawn) was nowhere near as good as elsewhere in the resort.

breakfast ,room ,reception,dinner in italian ,spa,cooking class.the staff especially the reception desk and duty manager club room was excellent also the porters.room cleanliness .

Huge property... amazing private beach and pool... the rooms were nice as well... the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was good.. esp the cartoon pancakes
Issue with rooms... had requested a king bed but it took time to sort this out... we were given the correct rooms eventually.
