Back here for the third time and still impressed like its our first. Feels like great escape and our best staycay optio
The pool will always be the main highlight. Its beautiful scenic view and the sight of planes going pass every few minutes is always captivating. Rooms are also bigger than average and the option to select amenities through an app is very convenient.
A bidet in the toilet would have made this stay perfect.

A stay that is worth as the room was comfortable and facilities were decent.
Concierge was very helpful and informative. Made a memorable ending to a staycation. Breakfast in the hotel had a good variety and service staff was attentive, even with such a huge crowd. Housekeeping team, KUDOS to the whole team for your conscientious efforts to make our stay very restful and memorable
Some information given were inaccurate but I do not want to put the blame on the staff publicly. Please contact me directly and I'll give you my feedback. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant

Great location and breakfast. Service and amenities lacking.
The breakfast and the comfortable bed
Arrived late with tired family. Cot was requested and advised it would be provided many times even upon check in. Went to room to shower after long travel. Not enough towels and no soap, nor was the cot present. Requested the above. Took an hour to arrive. Noticed that bathroom light switch was faulty and bathroom light doesn't go off (lighting up the room). Concierge could not resolve it. Restless night with family as we kept thinking it was morning with bathroom light on. Staff didn't appear so respondent to feedback other than saying it's been noted.

The Hotel was lovely bed very comfortable, very friendly staff couldnt do enough for you
There is currently a lot of building work going on so the approach to the hotel isnt great at the moment but once you are in its fine

for Singapore at that price point the rooms were spacious the staff was friendly and professional loved the pool area and the breakfast options were just awesome
the property is not in the city center when booking it is good to factor that in
