    Fantastic stay in the heart of Luton
    Excellent hotel, very accommodating staff. We had to book last minute (cancelled flight) but the people in the hotel were most accommodating. Highly recommend it!

    My first bad review
    I booked the Eagle Hotel as it had great reviews. Unfortunately it didn't live up to it's reviews
    It was a cold night and there was absolutely no heating in Room 7. It was freezing cold when we arrived and again no heating in the morning. Alarmingly when the toilet was flushed the shower made an awful gurgling sound and water backed up into the shower tray. Not pleasant Needless to say we didn't have a shower

    Not what we ordered or paid for
    Arrive after midnight welcomed by someone who we needed to wake and pointed us to the room on the 3rd floor. Were told would have baby cot and didn't have one in room. Plus were meant to have single bed were provived with broken sping fold up kids bed.

    Not pleasant, never again.
    Nothing.
    The beds 3/4 & were not comfortable. The shower was broken. There were cobwebs around the window. The fire alarm went off at 07:00 am & there were no staff around to assist. So we left.

    Updated, clean hotel close to public transportation and airport! Would stay again.
    It was super clean, comfy, and bigger than expected. The bathroom was very nice!! Everything is very updated and modern. Exceeded my expectations!!
    We had to search for the front desk person for both check in and check out, that was our only complaint.

    Great hotel. Conveniently located ahead of our onward travel to Luton Airport. Owner greeted us and showed us way to room. Room everything we needed - comfy bed, clean, secure. Free parking was a plus.

    A clean, well-run hotel in a central location convenient for the rail station.
    This seems to be a well-run hotel, with pleasant and helpful staff. I was expected, the paperwork was ready and my room was very clean, the shower excellent and overall I had all the necessary facilities. I asked to put something in the fridge till morning, and that was willingly agreed. The room window opened for fresh air and after 10.30pm there was very little noise outside, despite the central location, so I slept well. It takes fewer than 5 minutes to walk to the sation and there are a few shops, two pubs and a cash machine on the street. There is even a small, quiet square nearby where people feed the pigeons! I would recommend this hotel, especially for short stays for business nearby or for using the rail station. I have arranged to stay again for a night on my return to the UK.
