    The hotel is location at the city centre and so extremely convenient also, the hotel has nice TV channels.
    We stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned. We were told we would have to pay for cleaning if we required cleaning. Also no table or chair to enable some reading. The toilet paper was below standard.

    Easy hotel is close to both the bus and train station in Sheffield. Employees at the check in and check out were friendly. I liked the tv and airco/heating in the room.
    The room was smaller than expected. Its just enough space for a double bed and a bathroom, but no extra chair/small table to put your stuff on.

    App is rubbish, unreliable and cost me an extra 60 as it didn't cancel the initial booking and doesn't show my bookings. Will only ever book via a third party from now on

    The location was convenient.
    Poor maintenance of the rooms. In the first room I tried the heating didn't work properly. They moved me to another room where the toilet didn't flush properly.
