Very good

Generally clean, my top priority, but the bed linen has some smell which is my main concern. Easy access to lift n carpark

Bed line as smell, tv program miserable, my mom couldn't watch her normal ch8 I missed those additional channels other than local ones which is so boring

Good enough

Beds and pillows were comfy. The room's toilet counter was big enough for us to put our skincare there which is great. Location is great too although still need a car to get to Jonker Street. Many food options around.

The receptionist could work on the mannerism of customer service as they were not very welcoming and helpful. Floor of room could be cleaner and vacuumed. Need paper and pencil in the room please.

Not worth the money we spent.

The room is nice & comfy

The service. No one assist us to carry lot of bags and the breakfast buffet was very poor. The food is limited, the flies on the fruit. We did request to change for new fruit but the staff said its the last fruit they served.
