    Convenient and nice.
    Very close to the main train station; great restaurant for meals and breakfast with good service. They fitted me and my friend in without a booking on New Years Eve at short notice - very accommodating and great food.
    Beds too soft and pillows were also far too soft; no extra pillows.

    We went for the Christmas Markets, and love Munich.....everything was perfect!!
    We loved the European charm and the uniqueness of each room, also the breakfast room and food were great. Staff super nice and friendly and helpful.Liked it all!
    Everything was very good, hope to stay again!!

    Quiet and comfortable stay in the city center
    Very nice hotel, comfy bed and clean rooms. I especially enjoyed the quietness - given the location I was expecting it to be somewhat loud, but that was not the case. Staff were friendly and attentive.
    The location, while convenient, is very dodgy and feels unsafe at night. This is not a fault of the hotel, but do weigh the convenience of being near the main station against the fact that the main station is like the conference center for Munichs riffraff

    The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely professional.
    The rooms were clean but very warm. Very little airflow with stagnant air. The water for the shower would vary from very cold to scalding hot. It was very difficult to get in and out of the tub due to the height of the tub and how slippery the tub was.

    Lovely hotel and staff was very accommodating for our larger family needing an early check-in.
    Lovely bar and very accommodating for an early check-in. Concierge recommended a wonderful neighborhood Biergarten which was fabulous!
    Breakfast staff and keeping the breakfast buffet filled left a bit to be desired.
