The staff at Eka Hotel Nairobi are friendly and responsive. The concierge and security personnel are quick and helpful. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the conference rooms are amazing. The hotel h (Read More)as a mesmerizing garden at night. Guests appreciate the warm welcome and extra efforts made by staff, and the hotel has good facilities and a great breakfast spread. It is conveniently located near a mall and has delicious food and drinks. Overall, guests had a fabulous stay and would recommend the hotel.

Great stopover

Near the airport. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet. Breakfast was very good. The bar was open when I arrived, so a cold beer was available. The staff were excellent and friendly.

Excellent break fast, here booking. Com used dark pattern and deceived me, earlier booking was including breakfast and subsequent cancellation and during change of date of travel booking. Com changed it to without breakfast.

Exceptional

Excellent service and a lovely hotel.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, it really felt like a 5 star experience. The currency exchange was helpful, I had a wonderful massage and enjoyed the variety of food available at breakfast. Plenty of bottled water and nice toiletries were provided.

Short stay close to the airport

I stayed here for 1 night before leaving for a safari on the previous morning. I did not use any facilities except the restaurant where the waitress was kind and the food was delicious. The room was OK and comfortable. It is close to the airport.
