    Very bad experience if you want to go with your friends to enjoy , a bad choice
    The villa was decent not to our expectations as shown in the picture it was quite used and old that is fine but even the toilet did not have towels , no shampoos and no shower gels After 9 oclock we started getting calls that the volume have to low of the music and we tried to accommodate but then we very just singing and enjoying and then the neighbours caretaker is like do you wont to stop and spoke very harsh words There was no parking space also and the car was parked outside the villa And I never seen in any other ekostay property that they stop you from using the sound system or make any noice And then my number was also shared to some neighbours caretaker who called me in the night and is like are u going to stop or no and this that Did we go there to sleep , we do that in our homes as well why do we book villas then

    The property justifies the name perfectly. It is a good location and near to a number of tourist spots of Lonavala. The environment of Lonavala is better than other places in mumbai.

    Money, Travel, Time everything gone down the drain.

    Everything in Ekostay Hill View Villa 1) Cleanliness 2) Smell of dust in the entire house 3) dirty pool 4) EKo stay staff named Chitrali sent me to another villa called Carlos Villa after 1st night. They requested me to pay by cash but gave no receipt of the payment. Requested me to cancel the booking on booking.com. 5) The TV wasn't in working condition. 6) The air-conditioner wasn't working in one of the Bedrooms. 7) The staff kept harassing and blackmailing me to cancel the booking on booking.com. 8) The bedsheets were super smelly and dirty. 9) There was a cabinet which was infested with Bedbugs. 10) THERE WAS PROSTITUTION GOING ON BESIDE EKOSTAY HILL VIEW VILLA SAME COMPOUND (ADJOINING VILLA). 11) I went there with my parents, my wife and my kids. I feel I wasted my entire money. Pls, take some action it's hard-earned money. And I don't get 2 offs together, it's a once in a year thing for a sales person.

    Things were nice like pool, outdoor seating.. bedrooms were clean. Can spend quality time with family.
    Care taker was not kind enough. Was not attentive and we were not served well all unless we push him to. Can be improved big time.

    Don't bring food from the menu which is outsourced. Don't order from the menu. It is better to cook light food for which arrangements have been provided.
