    It was a nice sisters getaway in Sonoma
    A great location. Staff was very nice rooms were very clean.
    I wouldve loved to have known they did not have an elevator. And I had upgraded my room and I dont think I got the upgrade and then they charged me $20 when I left and I dont really know why and they didnt know either. She couldnt tell me why.

    For $550++ a night I wish Id stayed somewhere else. Basic (at best) hotel with mini shower over head shower head only.
    Location
    Very overpriced for a basic hotel. No kettle for tea, staff grumpy. No elevator for luggage. Not told about the hotel facilities and discovered ourselves on last day.

    Amazing!
    The location is unbeatable and the fact they have a pool in that location is just amazing.
    Its silly, but I had to carry my bags up some really steep stairs to my room. There wasnt an elevator and nobody really offered to help me. My bags were super heavy and it took me two trips, which was just a bit inconvenient as I was in a rush. Its really minor but an elevator or some help would have been great. I bet theres a service one!

    We really enjoyed our stay
    The food was delicious and our children paid for our dinner for their fathers birthday . However we thought we would have a 75.00 food credit which we found out was not available since we booked a different way and not through hotel
