    The accommodations and for making us comfortable and safe.
    When the first I was asking for the Aircon to be fixed but the staff didn't come, yet I ask for second one and yes they went in our room so that the aircon would be fix.

    Bad stay. There isnt much food selection for breakfast.
    They have a very friendly and accomodating staffs.
    The room assignment was very poor. I have a 66-yr old company and I have a knee injury but they cant even accomodate moving us to 3rd floor even knowing there is a check out the next day, they just told us that there is VIP that will be coming in. Poor customer handling. It took them awhile to respond also to my inquiry on refunds.

    Not a 5 star hotel for sure with all of the conveniences, but good enough for a family on a budget
    Free breakfast is always a bonus for everybody. The helpful, friendly staff.

    Had a very pleasant stay. Will definitely recommend this place.
    Close to beach, 7-11, restos are close by too. Staff are super friendly, and no corkage fees!
    Nothing. Free amenities could use and upgrade but its not that important.

    Kind and accomodating staff. Able to attend to our requests in a timely manner. Offered nice breakfast. Situated near the beach and other establishments. Big and spacious rooms. Nice pool area. Good value for money. Front desk is open 24 hours. With cable TV set.
    No kettle. No toothbrush. No toothpaste. With terrace but without view. Not sound proof. No elevator. No phone in the room. Some outlets not working. Do not offer lunch and dinner.

    I like the location quite peaceful, just 5mins walk goin to the beach, breakfast free are not bad, the thing we are lucky we got the 4pax promo discount during our booked to stay. We had almost 50% hotel discount promotion for 2 nights. Great job El Puerto. Staff are kind and very accommodated.
    There are no elevetor. So hard to go back and fort since our room on fourth floor. But not a big deal.

    It is comfortable and meets my expectation for the price I paid. I like it!
    The room is quite comfortable for the price and i like the free breakfast. The only thing is that the location of the restaurant is that people go in and out.
    The rooms are located in the second and third floor. they dont have rooms on the ground floor. It would be better if there are rooms on the ground floor.
