    Clean, quiet and comfortable
    Very clean and quiet. Staff was polite and very helpful. It was convenient having our car close to our room. We slept comfortably and will stay there again when we visit L.A.
    The only issue was the parking was a little tight but we made it work.

    Best place for couples, small families to stay for Universal Studios Hollywood
    Location to Universal Studios Hollywood/City Walk couldn't I have been better. Uber to/fro. For 2 days less than 1 parking fee. Uber to park from hotel less than 10 mins and delivered right to entrance in. Hotel is charming, vintage. Rooms spotless, park right next to room. Great bed. Friendly helpful staff. This place is ideal for couples.. it's quiet too given it's on busy street. Price excellent for the area and quality.

    Great location for Universal studio, parking directly outside your room.
    Walking distance to Universal Studio.
    Water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired. We spoke to the management and they said they were in the process of rectifying the problem. Bathroom was very clean everything you need just the water pressure. Price was reasonable.

    The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.
    We didn't sleep well because of the noisy street noise and lights outside the window. The blinds do not block the bright lights...curtains would be better.

    Conventient, clean, great staff,
    Excellent location for Universal studios - the main reason we were in town. Room was spacious and clean, especially the bathroom and shower. Despite being basically on the road, there was hardly any traffic noise, and I am a super light sleeper. Staff was exceptional, especially the super entertaining receptionist (sorry, can't remember his name!)
    Could have done with a coffee machine in the room - you can have free coffee from reception, but it is not quite the same.
