One guest had a great experience thanks to the helpful manager who fixed a booking issue and provided a beautiful suite. Another guest loved the fountains and recommended trying the restaurants. A lo (Read More)cal visitor appreciated that the casino is open 24/7 and praised the gaming floor and attentive employees. The front desk assistant was praised for excellent service. However, there were some issues with hot water and early dining closure. The beds were comfortable, but the facilities could use an update. The location is near the Reno sign.

I didn't eat my breakfast over there.
The staff always make a mistake. My room was 824 he wrote 842 on the key bag. I got down to fix it. The staff had to let my wife came because the room belonged her name. Actually I booked all the rooms and prepay my credit card.

The hotel is very nice. I was concerned because I paid for a upgrade and when they upgraded me they changed my room to a smoking from the non smoking that I had made. When I called they would not change it back and they informed booking.com that they would cg a 80 dollar fee to change. So I kept it with the smoking. However when I cked in the wonderful lady at the desk gave me a non smoking room for no extra charge. She also honored my request and got me a room by an elevator and less walking distance with my bad knee. Everything was great after that. I have stayed here in the past and I will stay here again.

Fancy, pricey, but nice!
I missed the breakfast. But having experience to do so, this time I was prepared - I bought food in advance in the nearest food shop. Prices were decent, and selection wide. Thanks.
I'd suggest more flexible payments plans for playing in the casinos . Right now plenty of them are available on TV platforms (Roku, Fire TV, TiVo, Android). Would be nice if you and we ( the customers of yours), at least start talking about it.

Good value for the amenities, cleanliness and location.
Good Value for the amenities and location within Reno. Walking distance from Truckee River Walk.
Dining options on site are way too pricey for what the property is.
The waiters, food servers and bartenders, I came across, are not personable and lack people skills. The vibe they give off is that they do not want to be there. Eldorado coffee company prices are ridiculously high and $4 for a medium regular brew cup of coffee and $8 for a medium parfait cup. not including tip LOL
