Lovely location, surroundings, pool and facilities but food beverage could be better.
Pool, accommodation and facilities.
The staff seemed quite young, and perhaps a little inexperienced. The cost of beverages for the quality and quantity served was really bad by international standards. The hotel could help their staff deliver a better product by publishing the cost of a standard measure and use standard measures at the bar, rather than rely on staff judgement to pour an accurate measure. It was very noticeable throughout the entire resort and we felt ripped off.

The facilities, rooms and staff - all excellent. The adults pool with swim up bar and restaurant are exceptional. In terms of location it is out of the town centre, but during the day the train runs hourly nearby (only 10 mins from North Byron to Byron - $5 each way).
The accomodation is expensive and it is a bit rough that breakfast is not included in the price. This did sting.

Everything about this place is still as fabulous as when it first opened.
I think the gym could be a bigger - only a few machines so there was a wait most mornings.

Decent offering at a steep price
staff were very nice and professional. Overall facilities were good. Decent food options.
Expensive, coming in at $1300/night. For that kind of money I expected more for the room. The rooms were good and clean but not exceptional, basically like serviced apartments. Would have liked more amenities for kids, like a playground or something.

Way too many texts and emails about check in and check out. Leave us alone. Holidays are usually go with the flow.

Short, luxury getaway to quickly recharge and get warm.
It was quiet, away from the hustle bustle but easy to access town if needed. The pool, and facilities were great and not crowded
