    Excellently located hotel with very helpful staff and clean comfortable room.
    Very helpful reception person who upgraded our room for free. Also gladly offered to store our luggage before check in and after check out.
    Its all great. The lift is a bit tight but thats just the design of the old building.

    Great location with a wonderful staff.
    Location was awesome! The hotel was central to multiple train stations, restaurants, shopping, and many beautiful sites. The staff was nice and accommodating, The room, while not big, was perfect for what we needed. The breakfast buffet was small, but nice, and the food was good.
    Nothing reallymaybe the entrance is a bit tricky to navigate, but otherwise we have no complaints.

    I'm glad we have picked this hotel for our first ever visit to Paris
    Extremely friendly and helpful staff that always make us feel so welcome! The best location for shopping at the Avenue des Champs-lyses. If traveling from Charles de Gaulle, it will take about 30 - 40 mins depending on traffic. It will take about 10-15 minutes drive to the Eiffel Tower and 10 mins walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Lots of different types of bars/restaurants you can explore and the metro is at the doorstep if you want to use public transport! We booked a quadruple room ( 2 adults & 2 kids) for our 4-day visit over Christmas in Paris. Although the room is a "typical Parisian size", it had everything that we needed. The room gets clean every day and we enjoy our sleep each night. Highly recommended and will be back for sure!
