Very good

Suites were large and good ocean view.

Pool was ok but bathroooms were under construction when we were there. There was no beach access due to erosion and they were working on it. Breakfast was good but crowded.

Merry Pre-Christmas for us!

The staff is friendly and helpful, we had the free amazing breakfast every day! Very clean and a nice sized suite! We normally stay at a different hotel a 1/2 mile away, but they were booked. First time at Embassy Suites and we actually loved it better than the usual place we stay. We will always stay here now. It was quiet, not as busy and really was able to just relax! Loved they had a manager reception every night with free drink tickets! Loved the fact that we got a text every day about how we were enjoying our stay from the Manager on duty. They are on point for customer service for sure!

Would be fun to have live music on the weekends! Have coffee available in the lobby for us 5am people. That would have been nice for my sunrise time at the beach. Pool should be heated, was freezing.

Great family stay on the beach.

Very friendly staff. They checked in often and were quick to respond to any questions or needs. Beautiful pool and perfect beach access.

Some parts were under construction, but that was communicated to us beforehand and we knew to expect it.

the breakfast was included and it had a good variety of foo, including an omelette station

at checkout the desk agent didn't offer to help with my bags ( and she saw that I had several bags and needed help)

Loved that the room was so big and cozy. Having 2 bathrooms was nice also. The drinks and breakfast that was included.

I thought having an ocean view would have been nicer. It wasn't what I expected. The sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open and close. I feel the glass could have been cleaned. Did not like that we had to pay $26. A day for parking. That's crazy.

Bummer! So many other options for beach hotels

Location!

Everything is run down. Mold growing in the shower, bad smell of mildew in the room. No pool towels available. Manager could never seem to locate any. Booked with no warning of construction, no pool bar, etc. Was notified this via text AFTER booking.

We loved this experience. The room was a fabulous upgrade and it did NOT disappoint!! The staff is lovely and very accommodating.

Location

Under construction - but we understood and everyone was respectful. There were some issues with the lights in the main room coming in randomly and the toilet and shower running constantly. We did notify the staff and they were very apologetic.
