    The casita rooms at Embassy Suites La Quinta Hotel & Spa are in need of immediate updating and not worth the additional expense. The manager Maria did not follow through on repair requests. However, (Read More)the main property is well maintained and the morning breakfast staff do an exceptional job of keeping the area clean.

    Mostly good visit but one breech of hospitality left a very bad taste.
    The property was lovely and comfortable. The staff were largely friendly and helpful.
    There were two groups of basketball teenaged basketball players with their coaches staying at the hotel. On the morning of our anniversary we took our time and went to Starbucks for coffee and returned at 8:50 breakfast which was served until 9:30. Many of the basketball players had lined up right before us in line for food and we waited patiently in line for 40 minutes for ours. When I got to the head of the line the dining room manager came and stuck a piece of cardboard over the serving area and the cook shrugged at me and pointed to his watch and said they were closed. I pleaded with him that we had been waiting in line for 40 minutes but he turned his back to me and said he was off. Mind you, by this time most of the other food was gone. In fairness, a woman was brought out who offered to cook me an omelette but at that point the unfairness of the situation had ruined my appetite and we left unhappy. The situation should have been handled better for the last seven or eight diners who were patient enough to wait 40 minutes for our turn. The situation could and should have been handled differently so that everyone could have taken advantage of the included ( not free ) breakfast.

    Mostly good but wouldn't return due to water temp issues
    I book through a third party. I was put in a handicap accessible room which seemed like a leftover room. The water in the sink would never get warm and the shower water was lukewarm at best. Made it tough to shave.
    Water wouldn't get warm in the sink even running it for 10 minutes. Shower was barely warm.

    Front desk Cody was so unpleasant. Any extra service I ask for is NO right away. Bed is so uncomfortable. Way to soft in the middle of the bed side. I used debt card first they put on hold amount plus security then I see another transaction after I checked out. Oh My God............
