    The zoo in the park was wonderful! The kids loved to spend time outside on the rooms terrace to watch the giraffes, who lived right next to the hotel rooms, in the courtyard! The room for a family ( 2 adults, 3 kids) also had a little kitchen corner with coffee machine, fridge and water heater, but no kettle or microwave ( this would have been handy). But since the hotel has also got an eatingplace, we ate hot meals there.
    We had a cockroach in the kitchen corner, this was a little unpleasant surprise. But since the room is located inside the zoo, it can be expected to have other occupants living in there as well We would still come back for sure, the kids just loved the place!

    Great accommodation for exploring the zoo, without the rush of travelling daily.
    Upgraded to accommodate our party better.
    Everything in the park is at extra cost. All animal experiences were AED30+ per person. As hotel guests, I thought this could have been included, or at least discounted.

    located next to the zoo you could see all animals at a drop of your hat amazing for children to wake up with the giraffes next to them very near to Ferrari world and Warner bros
    bathrooms need renovation or refurb and pool needs renovation many areas were dump can be seen in the pool

    The zoo inside the resortz and the Turkish restaurant was really good.
    Our room was next to the swimming pools and from really early morning the people were using the pools were making too much and really loud sound and noises so it was really annoying us.
