    Excellent hotel experience and close to many dining options and the beach.
    We loved the location (very convenient - we could walk everywhere), the room was super comfortable (loved the bed and pillows, had a table with two chairs, had small fridge and safe, lighted mirror in bathroom). I liked the plantation window shutters (instead of hotel curtains). The staff was efficient, courteous, and available. We will definitely stay here again when in La Jolla. The breakfast was adequate and convenient.
    A Resort Fee was implemented recently. We feel that is arbitrary and a negative. We prefer hotel charges to be explicit.

    Breakfast could have been a little better, especially considering the reviews of the restaurant downstairs. Felt like a bit of an after thought to be honest.

    Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, quiet room on top floor
    Letting me know, up front, that parking on street was fine, and where to park. They could consider having shuttle from hotel, and could charge $10. I had to pay $60 for taxi

    Stayed for my 21st and had an amazing time. Went with a friend and the hotel was an amazing choice
    Super close to the beach. Very friendly staff and the valet was great
    Couldnt find anything I really didnt like about the property. The breakfast was amazing as well
