Very nice and was beyond expectations. The Spa facility is just another level.
3rd time staying and this time it was for our Anniversary. Room was laid out for us with complimentary fizz. A very nice touch.
Not much. No sparkling water in the room.

The check in was a bit of a joke
Big queues and were only 2 staff on check in who kept on having to leave to get print out and speak to manager
Book in is from 3pm but our room wasnt ready until 3:30. Too expensive to lose valuable time.
The girl on reception said is was from 3 so may not be ready at that time.
Nah! It doesnt work like that!!
I did ask if we could check out 30 mins later the next day, in which they did say yes so makes up for it.
If it wasnt for that would have been a 10

Spa was really fantastic. Location was great. Breakfast really tasty.
Room felt slightly pokey for price. Also, kettle had to be placed on floor to use as no table near plug socket.

The receptionist in the spa was the friendliest and most helpful amongst all the staff at the hotel and spa .
Only One other member of staff was what would have been expected
Uninterested reception at hotel , dismissive almost . Spa treatment staff lacked personality

Relaxing and welcoming.
Really lovely. Everyone so welcoming, we brought our dog and everybody was so good with her and friendly. The spa facilities were brilliant. We will come again!

Wonderful spa hotel
Wonderful building, amazing spa facilities, quiet (we did go on a Tuesday so not sure what a weekend would be like), lovely food and good service.
I felt there were too many messages ahead of stay about upgrades etc and that this could be reduced.
