Could have been a better stay
The apartment itself is very nice with everything you need apart from a dryer. The location is good and it's very clean with a cheap breakfast option
When my girlfriend and I arrived the first thing we noticed was a massive crack in the bathroom glass sink. We reported it right away and we wasn't told if it would be fixed or we would have to change rooms. After we went out for food we came back to apartment to see they hard repaired it with fibreglass which stunk out the entire apartment for the 2 nights we were there. It's unprofessional

Nice and quiet apartment but without attention to details
The apartment was nicely decorated, it is quiet and there is a supermarket very close to it t
Although the apartment was well equipped, basic things were missing such as an electric kettle (which they brought me after I asked for one) and a frying pan (that was in such a bad state that it was not usable). There is a small boiler for heat water to shower and after a few minutes the hot water just ends.

Great hotel to stay in Madrid's Chamartn quarter
Nicely decorated room, very practical and well organised, with an excellent and large bed. The room also featured a small kitchen unit with a microwave and water boiler. The hotel is not located in a touristic area, but perfect in case you have to attend to business in the quarter.
Very minor point: there were only tea bags and no instant coffee in the room

It's an ok place to stay, but the initial price per night wasn't accurate
The price that was advertised didn't make sense with what was being offered, we didn't even have basic toothpaste which we had to buy.
