    Great hotel, reception staff let it down
    Rooms were lovely, very clean and great amenities. Bed was very comfortable!
    Shower was not very powerful. Reception staff we very rude, we were continually met with rolling eyes and rudeness. To get to nearest busy area was 400baht and not much close to the hotel.

    Very good and quiet for short time stay. Sea and pool super. Also staff is very nice and helpfull, ale services are working well.
    Long time to wait in restaurant. Economic room in the 1st floor is very poor.

    We were happy to book this resort to relax and enjoy the sea
    Very good resort with delicious food. Breakfast is also reasonably priced with a great buffet! We enjoyed swimming at the beach followed by the passion fruit cold brew at the hotel cafe. Mind blowing!
    The access to the property. It is a hectic inclined route to reach the property. So going out of the property again and again is a pain unless you want to rent a bike.

    Nice stay in koh samui
    Cute resort right on the beach, although when high tides it's not convenient to get in the water as there is no beach but only the water directly. Great service. The restaurant has good variety but is pretty pricy.
    Our room was very small, although it was writen 28 sqm (301 sqf) it felt much smaller as the balcony was spacious but not used much due to rain/ too hot. The rooms are really close to each other and as the room has big windows there's not much privacy. It's on a small bay which means getting to the hotel is only by car/ taxi.
