Although the members of staff were very nice, we found the place dirty and noisy
The members of staff where amazing, super friendly and accomodating, however the rooms where dirty. We had to change room twice, first time because the room was dirty, the second because there was a loud noise coming from what we were told was a generator. The property outside was a building site.
Noisy, building site, the carpets were dirty, there was not an area where we could wait for other members of the family.

Wonderful.
The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The spacious and cosy room was very clean. Quiet neighbourhood, which adds to your relaxation. Christ Church is not too far.
Nothing to mention. Everything went fine, for the sake of our peace of mind.

Smooth .. cool and easy
The location is great .. quiet neigborhood and walking distance to the center . Car parking is a great advantage . However book in advance with parking fee .
Odd set up . The hotel basically converted from residential building to hotel . Split in two units . Not a 4 stars , I rated lower 3 stars hotel . Little bit pricey with what they offered ..

The hotel was good but for 540 for four of us for two nights I expected something better than a room opening onto the street. It was fine but I thought it was expensive and had expected more for that amount of money.

We met with friends, our annual get together and wanted a hotel that we could park the cars and walk
Close to city centre, parking, and lovely staff
We were in the cafe side on the ground floor, on occasions it was quite noisy, sounds from the cafe and upstairs rooms.
