    The worst ever hotel not recommended had just come from one of the best in Benidorm

    On arrival is was told no parking available although on booking hotel is was told reservation not necessary,the room was not ready until 4.00pm,the bar was closed,no internet working,tea and coffee in room but no spoons,breakfast although we were the first in the hot breakfast was stone cold,the staff on reception didnt seem to know why the internet was not working and that was that

    The price per night could have been cheaper considered it is not 5 star. We booked during Christmas and the restaurant was not operating. Only the breakfast and cafeteria

    Our room was very clean, warm and beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and great value for what you can get and choose(variety of fruit, eggs ,cereal, breads and pastry). Staff is friendly and reception helped us with a smooth check in and check out.

    The breakfast was fine, everything I wanted was available, I did think it a little expensive at 13 but that is just because I eat just cereal & coffee for breakfat so felt it was a lot to pay for just that.

    Everything! Great location with parking. Friendly, helpful reception staff..We had a really good sized room with quality toiletries & fluffy dressing gowns This was our second time here & we loved our stay
    Nothing to dislike at all. Definitely be back the next time in Alicante
