Disappointing

Good amenities, but poor service

Good location, good amenities.

The service was not good, the room phone was not working and the team didnt even bother to check and argued that the reception may be busy and hence the phone was not reachable, for everyhing we had to walk to the reception and order. The spa manager asked to pay for the money before using services which also didnt go well with us. Who asks for money before providing services. When we went for dinner, we werent offered water as apparently the table we sat on was not accounted for. We ordered food which took 40 mins after two reminders and after all this as well the team kept arguing and didnt feel that there were mistakes made. You can have a good holiday, if you decide not to talk to anyone in their service team and stay away from them without any expectations.

The receptionists were very slow. The women at the desk were not very hospitable. It was a little overpriced too.
