    Location of the hotel is great and the room is bright and clean but the hotel is very basic.
    The location is the best! Metro few mins walk and big supermarkets just across the street. Many nice places to eat . Shopping mall close by and its in a business area.
    There is hotel bar in the lobby but they are close for good. Basically, the hotel has no amenities.

    Location is great. Staff is lovely.
    No rugs or any kind of soft surface on the floor of the bedroom. Shower head wasnt the best. They could have one from directly above. And no vegetarian protein options at breakfast unfortunately.

    Very friendly staff, well located hotel and good value for money
    Exe Saldanha is well located next to a quiet residential area. They offer an acceptable range of good-quality breakfast items and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is neat and room service is very clean
    Here are my recommendations for improvement. The shower plumbing needs to be reworked as most showers don't have doors but rather a very small partition leading water to leak all over the toilet. The shower fixtures are all very loose and of poor quality. The food room service is provided by a third party outside the hotel with a very long waiting time. The TV channels are also limited to Portuguese, German and Arabic with two religious radical islamic channels (I dont know why a hotel wold do that). There isnt any single English channel.
