    Clean, warm and cosy with good restaurants just downstairs
    Clean, spacious, lots of electronic charging points
    Slightly away from bus stop 4 where excursions are picked up and in winter this can be cold to wait for the bus as its right next to the harbour

    The location could not have been better for access to town and harbour. The bar in the hotel is one of the best we found in Reykjavik and the bakery in the hotel is superb. Icelanders are a great people.
    Our room was too dry and static was annoying.

    Nice style, well located.
    The room was very good, new equipment. Brand new hotel, stylish, well located close to the port. The staff was in general friendly and responsive.
    We arrived and there was a mistake with the room assigned, so we managed to open another persons' room. Please be more careful about this.

    Stay here when going to Reykjavik!
    The location was excellent and the hotel interiors were wonderful. The bakery and restaurant were the biggest win for us. The bagels are truly amazing. Before each excursion, we would get them and eat them for lunch. The hotel has excellent facilities and the shower products were amazing.
    The lack of hanging space. We stayed for just under a week and the accommodation only had 6 hangers and no drawers.
