    It's OK.
    The room was great. I love the size and furniture. The kitchen was great. Love that they have dishes and The bathroom was a very nice size. They have a nice size gym and laundry room. Friendly staff. Love that they had 2 elevators.
    Their security was not great at all. The reason for my low rating is that when we got there, the lady said that the sofa bed doesn't open, she didn't offer the extra bed until the next night and on my last night at 2am the room above must've had some kind of water damage because the light fixture came down, the bathroom was leaking, and over my bed with so much water. I spent all night cleaning it up, moving my bed making sure it didn't wake my sons.

    Overall, our stay was enjoyable. Would consider returning again.
    Size of room. Kitchen supplies. Decor.
    Couch seating was uncomfortable. Lack of maid service for the price paid.

    The staff was very friendly, when the pool was unavailable they called over to another hotel so that we could use theirs.

    A lot of hidden inquiries something like false advertising
    The location
    There was no ice machine I booked A room with a kitchen and there was no dishes. You couldnt use the phone or you would be charged. The Wi-Fi was free but not accessible. The room was smell of smoke the Ac unit was not working unless you turned it down real low the let out couch was tied and screwed down. The tv was like a 30 inch . Too many people were living there . I seen the staff maybe 2 x my three day stay! I will never book here again
