    Exceptional position in Soho, near Metro stations and with any kind of facilities in the surrounding area.. A clean and new apartment which can be the perfect base to discover London.
    This zone is full of pubs, clubs, restaurants and mostly THU-SUN the noise coming from the streets (till late night, early morning) can be a problem for somebody... In case earplugs are suggested.

    they do say it's on the 3rd floor, but it was 55 steps up a very narrow, turning staircase and difficult to maneuver suitcases. having a tv in both bedroom and sitting room was wonderful. neighborhood extremely loud, often until 3.30 am, even on a weekday.

    The hotel location is perfect, close to subway station, restaurants. The room size is big, and has many upgraded features, such as USB chargers in each room, for international travelers, we can charge phone, ipad easily without extra adapters. The bed is comfortable and clean.
    There is a restaurant acrossing the street made lots of notise during midnight, from 11:00 pm to 3:00 am on Thursday and Friday night. I can hear loudly music, people talking, yelling, motor vehicle engine sounds, and glass broken, like the wine or beer glasses. those noise woke me up several times from 11 to 3, made me tired the following day. It is the only thing I doesn't like. Otherwise, I will give the score of 10 to this place.

    Top location in Soho. Newly refurbished flat. Quite clean although the rug in front of the sofa seemed to be missed by the vacuum cleaner. Complimentary coffee, tea and cream were a nice touch.
    I had a very unpleasant argument over the phone with the host at checkout entirely their fault. Booking indicated checkout by 10 am but I received a message from the property saying checkout by 11 am. Two days before departure I asked for a late checkout by 12 am, which the host confirmed by email. At 10 am sharp on the day of departure the cleaning service opened the front door (did not knock or ring the bell), startled my daughter and said she had to pack and leave immediately. I was in the neighbourhood and had to rush back and argue with the non-English-speaking staff and their manager over the phone. Finally, the same host who confirmed the 12 am checkout called me at 10:30 am and said we had to leave immediately. I refused very politely based on the confirmed late checkout and the fact that our luggage was still all over the place. The host threatened to throw us out by force if we did not comply. I presume that meanwhile someone had booked the flat for the day of our departure but check in is at 3 pm so there was enough time to prepare the property for the next guest and this is not the right attitude anyway. Guests definitely should not be the ones to suffer from the host's inability to plan and communicate with their own personnel or subcontractors on a timely basis!

    Great location in Soho, close to tube station (Tottenham Court Road) and Oxford Street, 10-15 min. walk to Trafalgar Square. Restaurants, pub and bars nearby. Bulding entrance as well as apartment entrance using a digital code means no need for keys which is great if there is more of you with different plans. Ideal for three people because of two separate rooms with WC accessible from the apartment hallway, therefore no need to walk through the second room on your way to toilet.
    Restaurants, pub and bars nearby - noise from street can be heard every night even on the top floor (5-nigh-stay = 5-night noise), too bad the windows are not isolated. Shower system broke twice but was always repaired by maintenance man after contacting the host.
