    Good central location. Welcoming staff and good room. Breakfast was also good and served in a nice room. This hotel is a good solid choice for at the price point.

    The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness, catering to our additional requests with utmost attentiveness. Moreover, the property's central location in White Town ensured convenient access to a plethora of attractions, and the beaches were within walking distance.
    The accommodation costs were notably elevated throughout our stay, likely attributable to heightened demand during the New Year period.

    The hotel manager in pondicherry is a big time fraud and manipulator. He cancelled my room which I had booked via booking.com citing that they didn't have latest update of non availability of rooms and just previous evening, without any guilt, called me and told he is cancelling my room. I had paid my advance and though he said he will reverse the amount, I have not received so far. I am sure he got someone paying him room tariff at a rate higher than that offered by booking.com. I got a message from fab hotel on my booking.com notification that I cancelled the room and they are sorry to see me not stay. It was also mentioned that full amount will be taken as cancellation charges. Never ever book these type of profit seeking, manipulative, fraud hotels. Simpler hotels that do not have big brand names are way better and have more humanity than these frauds. I will never ever book fab hotels in my life. Whenever I call the call center, I don't get any help.

    I liked the location and accessibility. Most tourist and prominent places were within the 3-5 km radius area. The bathroom was spacious and a decent one.
    The room was not spacious and hardly there was any place to keep luggage and move around. So the stay in the room was not pleasant.The room was a bit gloomy and there was no outside ventilation. There was no balcony also. We paid 3500/night and were not happy with the facilities we got.

    Large clean quiet room with nice decor. Staff friendly and helpful. Choice of breakfast - Indian or continental.
