    PATHETIC HOTEL - VERY VERY POOR HYGIENE AND HOUSEKEEPING STANDARDS, DIRTY MUGS AND BUCKETS, STINKING TOILET, SAW THE STAFF MOPPING THE FLOOR WITH THE GUEST TOWELS AND WHEN ASKED SAID " YEH TO DHOOL JAYEGA". ROOMS WELL EQUIPPED BUT NOTHING WORKS - AC WAS MAKING HORENDOUS NOISE

    Nothing, i liked when i checked out from hotel
    Disgusting, when you land to hotel you will see itss not the same hotel what its posted. Room is very small, bedsheets looks 10 yrs old, food is worst, staffs are laziest, receptionist attitude is like truckdriver, rate is very high, it deservs 800rs. But charges is 3500. I will not recommend to anyone and moreover location is worst. Booking.com shouldn't promote this hotel. Its a truck driver's hotel. Please take action , these hotel are cheating, in this name there is no hotel, its name starts with GOKUL

    The stay was ok. However, I would request the hotel authority to provide aforesaid facilities.
    Foods were tasty. I stayed in Room No. 403. View from the room was towards Nagerbazar flyover and was not restricted by any nearby buildings. I arrived late at night, but check-in was comfortable. Behaviour of all the staffs was amicable.
    1. The hotel has dual name. 'Gokul Residency' and 'Fab Express Clive Regency Live lock'. It was difficult to trace the hotel's exact location on google map. 2. The room has wardrobe with no hanger inside. 3. The toilet had no hanger inside for keeping towels and dry cloths. 4. I am accustomed of bathing in worm water throughout the year. But unfortunately, no separate Guiser provided in the toilet and hotel was reluctant to switch on the central guiser. This had put me in trouble.

    They were deceived. When we reached there, they said Outside food and water were not allowed. And they haven't mentioned it here. I faced little difficulty reaching the property because Hotel was under a different name, and the contact number was invalid. I asked them to allow us to stay for a little longer passed check out time, but they didn't agree and charged us 1000/- just for 2-3 hrs.

    Pathetic service and rude staff behavior
    I don't like anything
    Pathetic service. It is a oyo hotel which i got to after reaching hotel. They don't provide anything on time. If u ask for towel,soap or any necessory thing either they will not provide you and if they provide then dirty towel bedsheet. And will provide after almost half or 1 hour. They always tell you 10 mnt lagega sir and this 10 mnt never end.

    Rooms were with foul smell.Seepage.A/c was not working in one room.linen was not clean.only one towel for two given.Room service was very poor.staff non cooperative. I was very disappointed will never suggest anyone.

    It was not Fabhotel, the name published on booking.com does not match with Hotel name. Actual name is OYO Townhouse hotel and I did waste 2hr to search Fabhotel. Door were locked, badly treating.
