Low grade Dharamshala. All photos of room and facilities are FAKE.

Liked nothing. It is a low grade Dharamshala. The rooms and pictures shown on website are totally different than actual.

Rowdy receptionist Mr. Shubham. He is a Gunda and Mavali. Must be sent to jail. He threatened me that he will not allow me to check-in for no reason. I was travelling from Mangalore in car and reached hotel by 8 pm approx. Imagine my condition after driving and the guy says he will not allow check-in despite making 100% payment in advance. Poor ventilation in Room, small 2x3 toilet, no soaps, no parking.

Staff allowed us to check in very late in the evening

Overpriced for the quality of the facilities - room was big and had functioning AC however we also had dirty sheets and nobody came to clean our room for our entire 4 night stay. Breakfast was disappointing. The booking process was also somewhat hard. I booked via booking.com, received an email asking me to pay a deposit online otherwise my booking would be cancelled. after paying I didn't get any receipts or confirmation - I emailed and messaged on the platform a few times and no replies until I escalated to the booking.com customer service and my deposit receipt was conformed. Once on site the staff initially didn't want to let us pay by card despite having a card machine - this was resolved after insisting a bit. Staff interactions afterwards were positive
