    This hotel, or their Online payment center, is a total SCAMS.One or two days before I flyed To Patna, I was pushed by the so Called their onlyline prepayment center that I need to prepay to prevent canceled. And I did pay that Singapo outlet . But for the total Booking bill of 4097 INR, (about US$50) They charged me US$59, and my credict card companr diy goy through. But when that evening , I suddenly received Booking and that payment onliline center suddenly sent me email saying that my reservation had been cancelled, When I flyed to Patna, I directly go to the hotel to check what happened? they said that they could find my valid reservation in their system. Bur the room was still there. It way very late, They said I can payup in India cash to have it. So I paid the cash, and I did force that to write done the voucher. Now, My credit card compay had already listed as last month statement and my bank already paid. I don't know who was scanners got that extra cash> This scan organisation, Book .com should immediately remove remove their listing for good I had all to e-mail, Cash receipt and credit card statement, as my evidences.
