The rooms were clean a (Read More)nd comfortable, with amenities such as shampoo and body wash provided. Guests felt safe and secure at the hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a short drive to attractions in New York City. The free breakfast was basic but good. Overall, guests highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was a pleasant place for a family, an affordable way to enjoy vacation in New York.

The personnel was very kind and helpful. The entire hotel enivornment was very family/groups oriented. Nice and clean. Pleasant fitness room. We liked the easy bus connection to New York, although it was rather far.

As a person with a decent travel experience, I have expected much more from a Marriott chain hotel. According to European standards it would be a fine 3-star hotel. We booked an appartment marked as a 4-person room. It was not. One king size bed with a covertible couch? In fact it was an ordinary double room with an extra couch. I expected that in a hotel there would be a room service every day. We have stayed for 4 nights without anybody even chicking the coffee machine.

The staff was very helpful in showing me how and where to get the bus. With me being out of town and never ride the bus at home, he made it so easy for me. Room was very clean. Only thing was the 3 bullet holes in the window was a little scary. I would stay here again.

The bullet holes in the window. My kids thought it was something cool to see. I think the window should be replaced, it's a bad look.

Comfortable and very clean room, spacious and has high ceilings. Polite staff, Safe location and nice neighborhood (30 min to the NYC by bus, and the bus station is right in front of the hotel, big plus!)

They didnt even provided water in room and you have to call for room cleaning services otherwise they will not come
