Bathroom has transparent glasses in the sides and bathroom door was transparent as well, was very un comfortable to take a bath & pool depth is low.. couldnt enjoy the pool.

Average hotel with poor management. Very good food though
The staff fooled around with the number of guests them they played with addition of extra beds. I had to fight and spoil the mood of my holiday to get the beds sorted by 10 pm
Fraudulent tactics to bill more that what's agreed on.

Beaches, room cleanliness, great food, room service
The hotel does not provide proper information. You can't arrange a gala event and then all entertainment is stopped. You should have a bar, some entertainment as well for people who just wants to celebrate on New Years Eve. You advertise you have bar facilities. Your whole hotel came to a stand still due to gala event. You stopped serving people at 5pm yet it was a beautiful day and it forced people to get room service. Really bad experience with some waitors as they just flatout ignore your requests but its a 5 star facility. My husband went to your poolside restaurant for a drink the waiter kept in cleaning he waited for a whole 10 minutes just to be told someone else will help him and the waitor just left with someone elses order.
I witness a verbal argument during breakfast that left me uncomfortable. Really unproffessional. The day we left suddenly everyone was helpful. Never book in on a New Years Eve if the hotel cannot provide you with sufficient information.

Beautiful location but the services provided by the hotel are not up to the mark.
The location was beautiful. The beds were the softest; the pillows most comfortable.
On the positive side, the hotel gave us a piece of chocolate cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
On the negative side, There were a lot of maintenance issues. From showers to toilet showers to hot water, the phone in the room - a lot of things required fixing. The phone was not working properly and when it did connect, there would so often be no response.
I forgot my Crocs slippers in the room and when I called to check if they had found them, no body got back to me. On my third call, they confirmed that they didnt find any slippers, which means you also need to be extra vigilant about your belongings.

Beautiful view, common but huge balcony and setting chairs in personal room balcony, bathroom is big n good one, perfectly controls temperature pool.
Food prices of dine in room's are very high .. not much option for vegetarian
